ZDNS.CO.ZAProtective DNS
Protective DNS for Call Centres & Teams of 25+ Seats
South African Cyber Safeguards
One router setting · Nothing on agent PCs
The Problem
- Card & ID numbers all day: Agents read out and type card numbers and SA ID numbers on every shift, on PCs with high turnover that are hard to lock down.
- Fake bank & courier sites: Between calls, agents open SMS, email or WhatsApp links to lookalike bank logins and fake courier redelivery fees.
- Card & ID numbers leaving the network: Rogue browser extensions and malware quietly harvest 16-digit card numbers or 13-digit SA ID numbers and exfiltrate them through DNS lookups.
What ZDNS Does
- One router setting: Point your router or DHCP server at ZDNS. Every agent PC, softphone and thin client on the floor is covered.
- Nothing installed on PCs: No agents to roll out, update or slow down agent desks. Voice and dialler traffic never touch ZDNS.
- 7 days watch-only first: Shadow mode logs what would be blocked without interrupting anything, so you can whitelist vendors before blocking switches on.
- Work-from-home agents: Remote laptops and phones are protected with Private DNS on home Wi-Fi and mobile data, as part of your seats: same price, same dashboard.
