Call Centres & BPO • Built for agent floors

Protect every agent desk without touching a single PC

Agents read out and type card numbers, ID numbers and contact details all day, on PCs you don't fully control, with staff turnover that makes endpoint software a constant chore. ZDNS protects the whole floor from your router.

One setting, whole floor

Point the router or DHCP server at ZDNS and every PC, thin client and softphone on the network is covered, including the ones that arrived this morning.

Voice traffic untouched

ZDNS only answers DNS lookups. Your calls, dialler and CRM traffic never pass through it, and there is no agent software competing with the softphone for CPU.

A safe first week

Shadow mode records what would be blocked without blocking anything, so you can whitelist your dialler and CRM vendors before protection switches on.

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

How it plays out

A 60-seat outbound sales floor. Illustrative, not a real customer.

  1. 1

An agent installs a free browser add-on that quietly reads what is typed into the payment screen.

  2. 2

It tries to send a card number out by looking up a name that contains it.

  3. 3

ZDNS sees a 16-digit number that passes the card checksum and answers "does not exist". The number never leaves the building.

  4. 4

The block appears on your dashboard. "Find this computer" gives your IT person the time and search term to trace it to the desk.

Long numbers are masked to their last 4 digits before anything is stored.

Good to know

ZDNS checks every lookup for card numbers, SA ID numbers and customer mobile numbers, plus scrambled codes that malware uses to smuggle data. Here is what to expect.

Your office as one connection

Behind your router all PCs share one internet address, so ZDNS shows the office, not the desk. The dashboard tells your IT person exactly how to find the PC from the router or firewall.

Close the side doors

A PC set to use another DNS service skips ZDNS. Block outbound DNS to anything else at the firewall; we explain how during setup.

Nothing is blocked in week one

Every customer starts in shadow mode for about a week, sees what would be blocked, and whitelists anything they rely on before blocking starts.

Keep the card numbers your agents capture where they belong

R50 a seat a month, from 25 seats. One router setting. Protected in shadow mode from day one.
