Estate Agencies • For agencies and franchise branches

Keep your clients' FICA details and deposits safe in the branch

An agency branch holds ID copies, FICA documents, lease applications and bank details for every buyer, seller and tenant, while administrators click on portal leads, offers and proof-of-payment links all day. ZDNS protects the office network with one router setting, for R499 a month for a branch of up to 10 people.

Rental deposit & transfer-duty scams

Attackers phish a letting or sales administrator's email password via a fake "tenant application" link, then send tenants or buyers fraudulent deposit banking details. ZDNS blocks known phishing login pages before they load.

Fake portal lead & Offer to Purchase links

Agents open dozens of "new buyer enquiry" and "signed OTP" links daily. When a link points to a site on Google's phishing or malware list, ZDNS blocks it across every laptop and phone on the branch Wi-Fi.

Buyer & tenant FICA pack leaks

Branch PCs store copies of smart IDs, passports, payslips and bank statements. If malware tries to smuggle 13-digit SA ID numbers or card numbers out through DNS lookups, ZDNS verifies the check digit and blocks them.

Priced for a branch (R499/mo)

The Small Office plan covers up to 10 people for R499 a month. One router setting, no software on agents' laptops, and a weekly summary the principal can read in two minutes.

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

How it plays out

A six-person estate agency branch. Illustrative, not a real customer.

  1. 1

The branch administrator clicks a "signed Offer to Purchase & FICA pack" link from a spoofed buyer address.

  2. 2

The link points to a fake Microsoft 365 login page on Google's list of suspected phishing sites, aimed at hijacking rental deposit emails.

  3. 3

ZDNS answers "does not exist", so the fake login page never loads and the administrator's password is never entered.

  4. 4

The block appears on the branch dashboard, and the weekly report highlights what was stopped.

Good to know

ZDNS checks every lookup for SA ID numbers, bank account numbers and client contact details, plus scrambled codes that malware uses to smuggle data. Here is what to expect.

The office, not mobile data

ZDNS protects devices while they are on the branch Wi-Fi or network cable. Agents' phones on mobile data and laptops at home are not covered by the branch router setting.

Branches and franchises

Each branch is its own office with its own dashboard. A group with several branches can talk to us about one account for all of them.

Nothing is blocked in week one

Every customer starts in shadow mode for about a week, sees what would be blocked, and whitelists anything they rely on before blocking starts.

Keep your clients' ID numbers and bank details where they belong

R50 a seat a month, from 25 seats. One router setting. Protected in shadow mode from day one.
